Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
